Dry Apnea training builds breath-holding capacity and mental resilience without the need for water-based practice.

COLLECTIVE LESSON

Collective yoga classes offer a communal space for individuals to practice Hatha Vinyasa and connect with others on a similar journey towards physical and mental well-being.

The synchronized movements and focus on breath in Hatha Vinyasa help participants cultivate strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.

Joining these classes can foster a sense of unity and shared purpose among participants, enhancing the overall yoga experience.

Possible to organise collective lessons of all the other practices: YOGA, STRETCHING, GUIDED MEDITATION, BREATH-WORK and DRY APNEA.
